The biggest advantage of the OA model is that it provides free, full-text articles in PDF and other formats for experts and the public without registration, which eliminates the obstacle that traditional journals possess and usually delays the speed of the propagation and communication of scientific research results. The open access model has been proven to be a true approach that may achieve the ultimate goal of the journals, i.e. the maximization of the value to the readers, authors, libraries, colleges, universities and society.

Dr.Maneesha shukla was born in Varanasi India, in 1976. She obtained the Ph.D degree at the University of Banaras Hindu University Varanasi, up India, After having been working in Cwsd Fss Banaras Hindu University (FROM 2004-2008) she has become an Expert in research and an opinion leader in the field of writings. Since 2007, Dr. Maneesha shukla is the Director of Mpasvo. And editor in chief of the Indian journal of Research Anvikshiki issn 0973-9777 Bi monthly international journal of all research. During the last 10 years, she has been very active in the field of research and publication, especially books and journal field, written 7 books, completed 4 ugc projects with more than 100 publications in journals, books and more than 150 presentations at seminars, workshops, coerces and scientific meetings . Her main contributions are related with research and publication in the field of knowledge and logic. She is reviewer of more than 20 International journals, and serves as an evaluation expert for some National and International Organizations.
Mr. Maheshwar Shukla was born in Varanasi India, in 1982. He obtained the Post Graduation Degree at the University of MGKVP Varanasi, up India. Since 2007 Mr. Maheshwar Shukla is the Manager of Journal. During the last 10 years, he has been very active in the field of research and publication, especially books and journal field. His main contributions are related with research and publication in the field of Huminities ,Social work and Karmakand.
With a PhD degree in India, Dr. Mahendra Shukla joined the Purvanchal University as a lecturer , and became a faculty member in 1971. In addition to his academic activities, Dr. Shukla is running a private research work in the field of astrology focusing on Janamkundali and Vastu . Dr. Shukla is considered a world-class expert in astrology, poet and Sanskrit grammarian .He have published over100 papers in the major international journals, and wrote 4 books on grammar and divine . He also serves as an Editorial Board member for Maneesha Magzine and Vindhya Prabha magazine.
With a PhD degree in India, Dr. Anshumala joined the Allahabad University as a lecturer , and became a faculty member in 2005. In addition to her academic activities, . Dr. Mishra is considered a world-class poetes and Hindi grammarian .she have published over 30 papers in the major International Journals, and wrote 4 books 1 Ugc Project .
